Activate7 provides tools and educational resources designed to assist users in developing their businesses. Individual results may vary and are dependent on each user's effort, experience, and business practices.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login information and for all activity that occurs under their account.

Access to the Activate7 system requires a monthly subscription of $297/month, billed through Stripe via JMV Solutions. There are no contracts and no cancellation fees. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
If you cancel, your access to the Activate7 system will be paused, but your data will be preserved. If you resubscribe, your access and data will be restored.
Activate7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time.
JMV Solutions shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Activate7 platform.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which JMV Solutions operates.
